These seven awards in both Bristol and Exeter look to recognise a young achiever in our industry (less than 36 years of age or within the first five years of their career) within each category.
Each category is dedicated to, but not restricted to, the Generation for Change (G4C) movement within Constructing Excellence.
As part of Constructing Excellence, G4C aims to be the organisation that is the driving force for industry change for our 35 and unders and those new into the construction sector, through the development and connection of the future industry leaders.
Judges are looking for the person that best demonstrates a positive impact on their peers, their organisation and the wider industry, against current G4C priority areas.
Please read the individual criteria for each category.
Our winner will be an exemplary future leader, evidenced by:
- Their personal achievements within their organisation
- Their contribution toward furthering G4C themes of people development, sustainability and innovation with an emphasis in one of those three themes as appropriate.
- Their personal achievements and exemplar behaviours in the wider industry and their community
- The added value their contribution brings to Client’s projects
- Their potential to be a future industry leader
How to complete the questionnaire
To put somebody forward please complete questions 1 to 3 on the nomination details, then answer the following questions and click the button to submit your nomination.
Please note you can save your entry and come back to it at a later time for completion as often as you like.
Is your submission special? We want to know if the person you are nominating is doing something that is new or different. Or if they are doing something that is common to the industry, but doing it better than anyone else. It could be how they manage a specific process or a wide ranging programme. It doesn’t need to be technologically cutting edge, but it does need to be exemplary.
Is it honest? We are not looking for marketing information. We want real stories which give an honest summary of all the issues that the nominee has overcome to deliver.
Your final submission must be returned to us by FRIDAY 16 MARCH, 2018.
